added another line with additional 600 bottles per minutes
in December 2018. This translates into monthly capacity of
about 1,50 Million cases.
Further, it has commissioned a preform production line with
a capacity of about 1Million cases per month on full capacity
in January 2019 with an objective to increase value addition
in the country through backward integration. Subsequently
the Company added a can line with 400 bottles per minute in
October 2019. The Company started producing energy drinks,
first of the energy drinks manufactured in Zimbabwe.
Recently, the Company has planned for another preform
production line to complete backward integration to increase
value addition in the Country, increase export opportunity
and reduce import value accordingly.
In addition to above the company has commissioned another
production line specifically for water (Aqua Clear) and cordial
(Soul Sip) with production capacity of 400 bottles per minute
which has been installed in December 2020 to serve the market
as the company was unable to produce water in previous
installed capacity. After this production line the company have
3.24 million cases total capacity at 100% efficiency to produce
and sell in the market including exports.
With this increased capacity, the Company is not only be able
to meet the demand of domestic market, but also stepping up
our efforts to explore exports.

the region the company has played number of the major
role in improving the lives of people in Zimbabwe, through
various initiatives and currently The Company offers direct
employment to Approx. 2000 people and indirect employment
to approx. 6000 people and we engage with about 50,000
traders to create wealth in the system.
We are making efforts to quickly scale up the exports model.
