WHY VBL PORTFOLIO IS SUCCESFULL?
VBL has been associated with PepsiCo since the 1990s

and have over two and half decades consolidated its
business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number
of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered
by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo

beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and
expanding our distribution network.

VBL has also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo

products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco,
Zambia, Zimbabwe and now the plan is rolling out for DRC.
VBZPL has been formed with the purpose to create strong
brand portfolio of Pepsi products in Zimbabwe. PepsiCo

CSD brands sold by (VBZPL) include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7up,
Mirinda Orange, Fruity, Pineapple, Green Apple, Mountain
Dew, Evervess Soda, Sting (Energy Drinks) and Aqua Clear
Water. VBZPL has introduced its own product cordial having

brand name Soul Sip in six different amazing flavors which
orange, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, cream soda and
black berry.

VBZPL intends to extend its portfolio over the period of
time to include dairy products, juice-based products and
other CSD variants. Past Performance and Future Plan Post
commencement of its production in February 2018, the

Company has expanded its capacity in a short period of
time 450% with its initial installed capacity and also initiated
process of backward integration through installation of
preform manufacturing capacity to increase value addition

within the Zimbabwe.

The Company commenced its first production line with
400 bottles per minute capacity in February 2018 and
