My name is Mphatso Kwenda. Working with Shake Solutions helped shape me as an IT professional and advance my career. The challenges I faced helped me grow and improve my analytical and problem-solving skills. The vibrant team, which I prefer to call family, showed me what it really means to attend to customer needs and instilled in me the spirit of ‘customer comes first,’ which I put into practice. The supportive environment and continuous learning opportunities significantly contributed to my professional development. My time with the company is one I will always cherish and hold dear.
